Rebel Ruby Beauty offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed through our trusted fulfillment partners. Processing times may vary depending on product availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages due to different fulfillment locations. There is no additional shipping charge for these separate deliveries within the United States.

Optional Shipping Protection — $4 Per Order
You may add optional shipping protection for a one-time charge of $4 per order. This is not a subscription and does not create recurring charges. The fee applies once to the order, including orders sent in multiple packages.
This protection is provided and funded by Rebel Ruby Beauty. Rapid Cart supplies the checkout feature and is not the protection provider or an insurer.
For an approved claim involving a shipment lost in transit or damaged during shipping, Rebel Ruby Beauty will provide a refund or replacement.
To request help, email support@rebelrubybeauty.com with your order number and details of the issue. For shipping damage, include photos of the item and packaging when available. We review tracking information and supporting details to resolve claims.
Shipping protection is optional and can be removed before payment. Choosing not to purchase it does not remove your rights under applicable law or prevent you from contacting us about a delivery problem. Our standard shipping and return policies continue to apply.
